As President of J.F. Gray & Associates, Bob offers 35 years of experience in the sale of high voltage equipment to the electric power industry. He possesses significant experience with large power transformers, AIS and GIS switchyards, high voltage circuit breakers, instrument transformers, medium voltage switchgear, mobile substations & apparatus trailers, SCADA, protection & control systems, testing, and FACTS technologies. Bob joined his father, Jack Gray, in business in 1985 and assumed control of J.F. Gray in 1998. Representing industry-leading, as well as up-and-coming firms, Bob benefits from a combination of application engineering experience and vast industry relationships that enables him to build mutually successful, long-term relationships between his manufacturers and the region’s utilities, EPC firms, consultants, and contractors. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University in Rhode Island.

As J.F. Gray's sales engineer, Luke interacts closely with customers and leverages his technical expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and provide custom solutions. Luke has extensive knowledge in machine design and electromechanical fabrication and works as an engineering consultant for dozens of startups around the country, in medical devices, defense, renewable energy and ocean engineering. He holds several patents (US 12,083,564; US 11,696,571), co-founded several companies (SOS Carbon, Sherwood Island Oysters) and published numerous papers in prestigious academic journals (1, 2, 3). Luke holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and he is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.

As J.F. Gray's sales engineer, Nick interacts closely with customers and leverages his technical expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and provide custom solutions. He previously worked as an aero-thermal fluids engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where he designed turbine blades for the engines of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the Black Hawk and Apache helicopters. He also has experience at FlexEnergy, Brayton Energy, and JPMorgan Chase. Nick holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and Stanford University, respectively, and he is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. He also serves as an officer in the New Hampshire Air National Guard.
